Can a landlord impose a mandatory treatment for pest control?I feel harrassed by the management. Prior to december, I had a notice for eviction dismissed by the court. A week ago, they treated the place. after, they sent another notice for eviction. two days before they want me out, they want to treat the place again, this time mandatory.
